There is several debates on whether or not to stop at an accident scene if you already have a patient in the back of the ambulance.
I have always been taught that if you have a patient in the back then you are out of service. If you come up on an accident then you can call it in to your dispatch and have them get the propper people enroute or call 911 yourself from a cell phone.
What are your thoughts on this delema?
